“What you intended against me for harm, God intended for good.” Genesis 50:20

Our Common Ground Redemption Groups are small groups that dig deep into difficult and seldom discussed areas of life.

They have been put together by a trusted and experienced team of leaders who have also facilitated these groups and witnessed their impact first-hand in numerous people’s lives.

Although the content of each course is specific, the central goal is a shared one: to empower individuals to take the next step toward true freedom and wholeness in Christ.

The tried-and-tested framework of these courses entails a combination of group work, one-on-one time, upfront input and the sharing of each person’s story.

For each of the following courses, we have created a facilitator’s course manual as well as a group booklet you are welcome to download.

Beyond Abuse

This 6-week course helps women who are facing, or have faced, the devastating effects of an abusive relationship – whether physical, sexual, emotional, psychological or verbal. We learn about the effects of abuse, forgiveness, and God’s ability to restore His identity within us.

Living with Loss

For those who are experiencing bereavement or grief from loss of any kind, this course helps facilitate a process of discovery and a healing journey. Within a small group context of sharing and caring, individuals find new ways of seeing God, their loss and themselves, as well as find tools for working things out over time within community.

Chronic Illness

For anyone who is living  with any type of chronic illness/pain. This course aims to help people better understand and cope with their difficult situations caused by a chronic illness.

Living in the Light

This course is intended to help individuals who are struggling with porn. It is not a destination but rather seeks to be part of the journey that has lifelong victory over porn as its ultimate objective. It provides an opportunity for individuals to share their story and to hear the stories of others in a space and a process that is safe.
