We believe that big things happen in small groups. That’s why we’re passionate about multiplying our wid-week groups and making sure as many people as possible get to experience the life-giving power of community that can be found there.
Equipping and encouraging our Small Group Leaders is a vital part of this ministry. To this end, we’ve developed Small Group Training that includes a Training Manual and a series of training videos too for new and potential small group leaders.

Instead of primarily focusing on Christ-followers (at the expense of seekers), or only speaking to seekers (at the expense of Christ-followers), we try to serve and impact both.
